1.
Visions of seers enter the forest, to seek four dying trees. At dawn’s birth, their misty shroud of ambiguous yet familiar sounds and scents engulf me; voices of blue and yellow, emanating from the mushroom gully. Visions of green and the fountain of life; juxtaposed with pale corpses... Hypnotic wail of the dead... At dawn’s death, the seers entice me with gifts of green and white; a veil swaying in the mushroom gully.
2.
Fungi steer dreams of nature’s curse and melt sight; sacred darkness turning light into dark... Bleeding seers appear by the water; blood trails in the dirt. Still chanting, “with balance, light grows”. A damned veil of green and white, by the broken tree... No foresight, despite sacred brightness turning dark into light. Bleeding seers drown in the water, by the broken tree...
3.
Blood portrait; somnolence be my guide, as memories of green and white still haunt me. Autumn reminds me of darkness and the dead seers... Somnolence whispers; “sleep”. Blood portrait; brush strokes in a lucid dream. Clouds appear and the forest breathes; a sigh of blue and waterfalls of silence.
4.
The wraith’s embrace and the scent of smoke, burns my throat. Smoke seeps from her mouth; I watch it dance... A sombre veil of green is falling to the ground; faint folklore. When seasons change, the tree will fall. Wisp of a wraith, dancing dead. A sombre veil of black is rotting on the ground; dead folklore. When seasons change, the tree will fall. The tree is dead; autumn’s reflection.
5.
Running through morning mist; time has passed. Desolate woods and nothing; withered and gone to waste. Barren and gone to waste... Feeding skeletons from a bag of bones; gaunt, cadaverous, deathlike. I lie down over by the lost lake; by the red oak.
6.
Nightfall; euphoric rush. A feast for the birth of night. Ephemeral worship of the skyline; of dying daylight. Nightfall; a gluttonous feast for the miser of light. Echoes of dawn dancing in the night; an elegy for the death of light.
7.
The blue lake; monochrome in darkness... Monaural silence and dead light leads to her; by a wall of stone. Four trees submerged... Monarchy of blue; guardian of the night. An ode to the blue lake...
8.
Cold night wind; by the wall of stone. Eternal years, I wait; by the wall of stone. Sigh of the living, sigh of the dead; the advent of neither by the wall of stone...
9.
Frozen 04:08
Howling again in the dead of another night; whispering softly “dreams of the morning”. Shouting in fear as the moon brings another tide, standing in vain as the fog starts to fade... Now I’m living with no logic reason; running through the forest, breathing mystic air. Searching within this cursed season, for the one who made me this way... This way I feel I’m alive. Frozen in this winter night of sorrow; tell me where to go, what is my purpose? When will I find what I’ve needed; to bring me back to what I was? I am now a beast of the frozen woods, laying down the despair in my eyes. I accept the role of the lone wolf, damned for life; never to return to light. Frozen in this winter night of sorrow; tell me where to go, what is my purpose? \When will I find what I’ve needed; to bring me back to what I was?
10.
Branches fall, as I recollect all the memories of this place. Guilt with memories to blame... Wrath of time shows what could’ve been; another life, another dream. Something lost and something gained. Memories of childhood still keep the flame lit. Years have passed, and it still feels the same. Behold this life with memories untouched; keeping the flame lit. In the night stars are burning bright; I’m alive and feel no shame. Visions of seers enter to seek four drowning trees in the water. One day I’ll return to this place. Breath of time shows what never went, another stage in life. Death and a sense of fate... Memories of childhood still keep the flame lit. Years have passed, but it still feels the same; waiting for my redemption call.
